A bachelor degree in Architecture is a technical course which is mainly focused on nurturing the technical knowledge and skills which are essential to becoming an Architect.
On your graduation, you can learn how to apply your innovative ideas and your analytical skills in the process of construction of commercial buildings, malls, complexes, highway construction, and civil construction. Commercial drawing along with the theory and practice of the designing process is also comprised in the syllabus of architecture.

Know about the important updates
The online application has started on May 13, 2019, and if you have forgotten to include any subjects in the list you can submit the completed application form till May 20, 2019.
The applicants for KEAM B.Arch should meet some Eligibility Criteria :
* Should be a person of Indian origin
* Should pass 10+2 equivalent exam or hold a 3 year diploma
* Must have studied mathematics as one of the subjects
* There is relaxation marks based on the candidate’s caste
* Should have a minimum of 17 years of age
The rank list of KEAM B.Arch 2019 is supposed to be released on the third week of June. The rank list will be prepared on taking the equal weightage of plus two percentage and National Aptitude Test in Architecture result. The result will be final and no revaluation is allowed.
And the centralised allotment process will start on the fourth week of June. The procedure will be as follows
- Registration using the number
- Filling choice of colleges
- Trial allotment
- Seat allotment
Students seeking admission to government colleges and merit seats in private colleges are allotted through KEAM centralised allotment. Both can be done through a single window and the candidate do not have to apply separately.

Well! We like to share some tips for you
* Don’t fall in traps of private colleges : Many private colleges may approach you with fake assurance. Some of them not even have affiliations with universities. Make sure about the value of the graduation you are going to pursue.
* Private college can charge merit fee higher than government college fee : Try to score high marks and secure your seats in a government college. Otherwise, even on merit seat, you have to pay a high fee in private colleges.
*Look for affiliated colleges and don’t fall in traps of private colleges. Many fake colleges may collect data from schools and approach the higher secondary students and make false assurance.
